About HCCF: Each year 50-60 children in Hawaii are diagnosed with cancer and at any given time about 200 are in treatment. This takes a tremendous toll on the families, not only emotionally but financially. Hawaii Children's Cancer Foundation follows each child and their families from diagnosis, through treatment and beyond. HCCF offers financial assistance, support group meetings, educational workshops, scholarships and other programs for these children and their families. Last fiscal year HCCF distributed over $320,000 in financial assistance.
